Where we work

We're based in Fairfield and travel across Sydney metro, to your home or workplace. Weekdays first (Tuesday to Friday), with limited Saturdays. Tell us where the car's parked and we'll bring the right setup.
When you'll hear back
Usually within the hour
During working hours you'll normally get a reply inside an hour. If we're mid-job with a machine running it'll be at the next break — not the next day.

Write it down and send photos.
Prices are fixed by car size, so the form shows your price as you fill it in. It takes photos too. They're optional, but they help us spot anything unusual before anyone turns up.
What to tell us
However you get in touch, this is what we need to price it without a back-and-forth.
- Make, model and rough size — a hatch and a seven-seater are different jobs
- Your suburb, and where the car will be parked
- What state it's in — kids, dogs, tradie dust, spilt coffee, all fine to say
- Which service, or say if you're not sure
- Whether there's a power point within about 15 m
- Which weekday suits
One thing we can't help with
Mechanical work. No servicing, brakes, suspension, diagnostics or engine repair — that's a licensed trade in NSW and we're not licensed for it. Detailing and cleaning only. We'll say so on the phone too, rather than take the booking.
