Before you join.
Why does it start with a Full Detail?
A Club visit is 40–45 min. That's enough time for a car that's already clean, not one that's been let go. The Full Detail gets it there first, at the normal price: hatch / sedan $289, SUV $339, 7-seater / 4WD $389, van $439.
What day do you come?
A fixed weekday, Tuesday to Friday. We group Car Club visits by suburb, so your day depends on where the car is. We text you to confirm it before the first visit.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we can get to the car and it's unlocked or you've left a key somewhere sensible.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. Just text us. There's no lock-in contract.
Do I sign up online?
No. There's no online subscription to set up or manage. You join through the booking form and we text you to confirm your day. Your visits, before-and-after photos and invoices show up in your XSCAPE account.
I already use XSCAPE for my lawn or pressure washing. Do I get anything?
Yes. $50 off your first Full Detail when you join Car Club. Mention it when you book.
Do you do referrals?
Yes. Refer a friend and you both get $20 credit.
What if the car is far worse than normal one week?
The detailer texts you a photo and a price before starting. You say yes or no. Nothing gets added at the end.
What if you miss something?
Tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and re-do it.
Which size is my car?
