Why XSCAPE

Three things other services skip.

Timber colour

Like-new

Grey, weathered decks come back to natural honey timber colour. No stain needed — just the dirt lifted.

Algae gone

Slip-free

Pool surrounds and shaded decks get algae that's genuinely dangerous. We strip it out and treat to stop regrowth.

Right pressure

Surface-safe

Every surface needs different PSI. Timber, stamped concrete, sandstone — we adjust per job. Zero etching, zero damage.

It absolutely can if the wrong PSI is used. We start low — 500-800 PSI — and use a fan tip at distance. Hardwoods tolerate more, softwoods like treated pine need care. We've never damaged a deck.
We don't reseal/re-stain in-house. We can recommend a trusted deck sealer in your area. We'll leave your deck cleaned and dry, ready for a seal if you want.
Oil on timber is tough — we can usually lift 70-90% but deep oil soaks into the grain. BBQ grease responds well to degreaser + hot water + pressure.
Walk on — immediately. Heavy furniture — wait till fully dry (2-4 hours). If you're resealing, follow your sealer's instructions (usually 24–48 hours dry time).
We can work around a small group but the noise + mess means we recommend doing it the day before. Ask us and we'll tell you honestly.
